What Happens During a Coaching Session?

The sessions are part of an ongoing process to have you manifest a soulmate, improve your relationship, or transition into living a heart-felt dream. Intuitive Coaching sessions focus on your agenda and goals as the Client. I utilize the Intuitive guidance in combination with the coaching for a deeper more spiritual and effective experience.

I also integrate Sedona Method techniques into the sessions. The Sedona Method® is a simple and powerful technique for letting go of, or releasing, negative, self-sabotaging emotions, thoughts, and issues that have been blocking our natural state of freedom, happiness, and peace. People also report the ability to more easily manifest their heart-felt dreams through this technique and can use it anytime and anywhere.

In addition, there are conscious action steps to do in between sessions to accelerate the coaching process that helps keep you on course to achieve your ultimate goals.

It all beautifully weaves together and leaves you with more clarity, more understanding of some of the deeper, more hidden blocks than you would identify from traditional coaching and a powerful release of those issues so that your action steps are more effective. I am also able to continue to look ahead and see how the internal changes coming from our sessions impact your future.

What Happens During a General Psychic Reading?

My style of Psychic Reading is very different from some of the cultural perceptions and industry gimmicks. It is not a “play by play” of your life and does not take the place of your connection to your own intuitive inner guidance as I believe you are the authority of your own life. These individual sessions are designed to help support you on your life’s journey and offer you some deeper insight and perception about where things are from this moment in time.

During a general Psychic Reading, you guide me to the area or situation you wish me to look at. Why I work this way is to move into a direct focus of what you want information about. If I just tune in undirected, I may bring forth information you are not quite ready to hear or information that isn’t what you are really concerned about at this time. I then simply tune into you like I would twist the knob to tune into a radio station and I start to get pieces of information.

The session is interactive as you can validate the information coming forward and are able to ask questions. Although I may also encourage you and to consider taking action in a specific direction, the choices you make in your life are yours and I always recommend that you consult your own inner guidance when you take action following a session.

How Does the Psychic Information Work?

Everyone has intuition and psychic abilities. You have had the experience of:

• Hearing the phone ring and knowing who it was before you picked up the phone
  
• Hearing a song in your head and then turning on the radio to find that very song playing
  
• Having vibes, hunches, and instincts about things that have helped guide you and your decision making process

It is much like athletic ability. We all have some level of athletic ability. Some of us will just bounce the basketball around on a playground and others have the ability of a Michael Jordan. As someone who possesses innate psychic ability, like any great athlete, I have honed and developed that natural talent through years of training and education.

I see pieces of your past and present as well as the future you are headed towards and some of the other future paths you can choose as well. I also see issues, underlying dynamics, patterns, some of which are hidden, some of which you may not think are influencing your life, but are the very issues that are preventing you from success.

The psychic information comes in as images (clairvoyance), words (clairaudience), simple direct knowing and feelings (clairsentience). It is presented in pieces and it is my job to interpret the information, put the pieces together and communicate it to you.

I spend some time looking at your astrology chart if you request it. I mostly spend time with your birth chart to see what you came in to work on as a soul. The chart to me is like a blueprint of what you came here for in this lifetime. For those who want to understand how the chart works, you can request we spend time on that as well.

I also can tune into your body and see energetic disturbances which may indicate there are or may be health issues. I also tune into relevant information about various friends and family members, not to violate their privacy, but in service to you and your process. I use the psychic information to help fill in some of the pieces of the “puzzle” of your life.

How Are All Sessions Conducted?

The sessions are all conducted by telephone in the comfort of your home or office. Many people wonder why I work by phone. Working by phone allows me to tune into you at a deeper, more focused level. Working with Psychic and Intuitive energy with someone in person adds a lot of energetic and physical elements that can be distracting to the process. By phone, I am also more comfortable, more relaxed, which only provides a better space for me to be more tuned in to you. The phone sessions also create a safe, comfortable, private, relaxed place for you to be with no travel or parking issues.

What is the Difference Between the Psychic Perception During a Reading and the Intuitive Guidance During the Coaching Process?

There is often a thin veil between intuition and psychic perception. When I do a Psychic reading, my role is to give you a “read” on the different possible and probable future paths that you might take as well as future events that I see coming your way in addition to the influence of past events and the issues that are here now. Through my psychic “lens” I see what that looks like from that particular moment in time, much like a “psychic snapshot” and offer some direction to help you move forward.

When we engage in a coaching process, my role is to support and empower you to clarify your goals and intentions and help you connect directly with your inner guidance and knowing so you can move towards manifesting your goals. Although I use my intuition to support your process, coaching involves a different long term connection and focuses on you clarifying and designing your goals in addition to aligning with them internally while taking conscious action externally. The “Psychic Snapshot” is constantly in motion as you are literally altering your own future moment by moment. A psychic “read” at any given moment is subject to change as we progress. Using intuitive guidance, I check in periodically to see how that future has been altered, much like checking on the progress of a house “under construction”. I also use my intuitive guidance to help you identify the internal issues, patterns, and beliefs that are blocking you from success and integrate Sedona Method Coaching techniques to help you move those blocks and better align with your goals.
